These terms apply to your use of amirwarsanah.com, which is run by Amir Warsanah in Malaysia. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Information, not professional advice

Everything on this site, including anything about Microsoft 365, identity, Conditional Access or security, is general information shared for interest. It is not professional, technical, legal or security advice for your organisation. Every environment is different. Test any change in a non-production environment and take proper advice before relying on it. Reading this site or emailing me does not create a consulting, training or other professional relationship. Any engagement will be on separate written terms.

2. Accuracy

I try to keep the site accurate and current, but products, services and laws change, and I do not promise that everything here is complete, correct or up to date. I may change or remove any content at any time without notice.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, design, graphics and code of this site are © 2026 Amir Warsanah, all rights reserved. You may view the site, and link to or share pages from it. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on its content or design without my written permission, except as copyright law allows.

4. Trademarks

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune, Exchange, SharePoint and Microsoft Defender are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Purdue is a trademark of Purdue University. Other product and company names are the property of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to describe my own experience and skills accurately. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Microsoft, Purdue University or any other trademark owner named on it.

5. Links, apps and games

This site links to other websites, including my own apps and games, which have their own terms and privacy notices. I do not control third-party websites and am not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, disrupting or overloading it, scraping it in bulk, or using it for anything unlawful. Unauthorised access to computer material is an offence under Malaysia’s Computer Crimes Act 1997.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

This includes loss of data, business, profit or access, even if I was told such loss was possible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any rights you have as a consumer under Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999.

How personal data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy (Notis Privasi in Bahasa Melayu).

10. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version here with a new date. Your continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
